Frequently asked questions
Is Peppol mandatory?
Since 2026, Belgian businesses must send invoices to each other electronically. Hopfact sends over Peppol, so you are covered.
Does this work with my accounting software?
Your invoices also go to your accounting software's email address, and every invoice downloads as PDF and UBL.
What about security and GDPR?
Your data sits in a European region at Microsoft Azure. We sell nothing and pass nothing on for marketing. The privacy statement has the details.
Does a digitally signed timesheet hold up?
A timesheet is evidence, not a contract. Hopfact keeps who signed, when, from which IP address and with which browser, so you can show your client agreed.
What happens to my documents if I stop?
You can keep downloading your invoices and timesheets for as long as the statutory retention period runs. On request we delete your account.
